SPX Pilates

SPX Pilates class is our signature Lagree Fitness class that works the entire body in just 45 minutes on the PROFORMER Machines! SPX Pilates is a core targeted, fat burning workout to some fun and upbeat music. Classes are designed and taught by certified instructors. The workout will work every muscle in your body and you’ll feel longer, leaner and tighter at the end of each class. It strengthens your body, improves endurance, and jump-starts your metabolism. In addition, this safe and effective workout allows you to stay focused and get the most out of every minute. The composition of this method is significant in that it encourages maximum exertion with minimal risk of injury.

Beginner- SPX Pilates

Recommended for First timers And Beginner Fitness levels. A well thought out high intensity low impact class with modifications and slower pace. The classes are a great way to get introduced to our Proformer machines and getting familiar with our workout format . Even though a beginner class but a challenging workout that will make you sweat and push you to achieve more. Before you know it you will be feeling tight and toned and ready to come in for a healthy dose of our regular SPX Pilates classes.

TRX - SPX Pilates

TRX-SPX combines our signature SPX Pilates class with TRX suspension training for a total body workout that is centered on core strength. Each class will have up to 15 minutes on the straps which will utilize gravity and your own bodyweight to build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries, and increasing bone density. 30 minutes of the class time will be performed on our Proformer for our SPX Fitness class that strengthens your body, tightens your muscles, burns fat, improves endurance, and jump-starts your metabolism. TRX-SPX is a fun and invigorating workout, no prior TRX suspension training experience is necessary.

TRX - H.I.I.T

Two great things that go great together TRX and High Intensity Interval Training.

TRX suspension training is a total body workout which will utilize gravity and your own body weight to build strength, power, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries, and increasing bone density. Combined with Cardio/Functional H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training). Designed to build up core muscles and melt away pounds. Rest assured we fuse fun and motivation into each and every 45 minute class!

SPX Pilates - H.I.I.T

SPX Pilates combined with H.I.I.T

A Fusion class that combines the strengthening, toning and tightening of our Full Body Proformer workout with bursts of High Intensity Interval Training. These bursts of intense work are 4-5 minutes long designed to torch calories and breakthrough Fitness and Weight Loss plateaus.This class involves several high impact moves during the Tabata intervals..….be prepared to sweat.
